You are doing so much better and have come so far!!! All the things you have been doing with friends, the beach, etc. are amazing!!! Keep having fun, this will help you get out of the maladaptive overactive stress response, which causes all the horrible symptoms and pains, more than anything!!! The symptom thoughts are the most important to get out as they dial right into the stress response. When I finally stopped all my symptom worries I was 90% recovered! I can absolutely see you recovering in the next 6-9 months!!!

Thank you so much Eveline! I remember you commented on my first ever video ages ago and gave me hope 😊 Thanks so much, I'm trying not to focus too much on a timescale but just doing good things and see how I go! 😊 Are you fully recovered now? Well done with how far you've come with your progress!

It's so helpful to document your progress for others, but also for yourself, to really capture all the steps of transformation that have occurred, which may otherwise go unnoticed. Reflectiing on these improvements without judgement of their seeming magnitude, is what anchors us in the present moment and fuels us to maintain a healthy focus on the future we are manifesting through every thought, belief, pattern and action. Good on you Jack! You've don't a lot of hard work. Continue to dig deep, find joy and love in your activities, especially in the acts of recovery, and nurture your true self like that sapling. ♥️

Do you know what was in the remedies you were given by the homeopath? I have the exact same pain constantly and no doctor has given me a reason for it but it feels like my gallbladder and is worsened by fat, so it's really encouraging to see you've had luck with something for that. Good to see you've had improvements in general, I've been watching your videos for a while!

I'll ask my homeopath and get back to you. I remember I had to mix some drops of remedies in 1litre of water and drink it throughout the day. From my perspective it's either an pathogen/low level infection (make sure you get everything checked by your doctors & stool tests and through infectious diseases). Then I tried eating gaw garlic sprinkled on my food, which gave me die off but reduced the pain by about 70-80%. I also know the gallbladder/liver is part of the detox process, so it could just be that our bodies are eliminating a lot of waste.

@@jacksrecoverycfs4643 thank you! yeah, that would make sense. I feel like we have a lot of toxins that put pressure in that part of our body and digestion is quite sluggish too. Glad to hear it reduced your pain!

That's great to see those improvements! I really believe on biofeedback testing! I did it once before a few years ago and it was really accurate. I didnt tell her anything about myself when I started. I totally believe in taking breaks from recovery. I have been doing that lately and feel like it's been a good thing for me. Im just listening to my body and doing the things I want to do in order to recover. I feel so much more relaxed about recovery. I actually had a pretty good week last week! This week has been a little rougher, but I think my body is having a herx reaction to some herbal antivirals that I have been taking that my naturopath gave me.

My very first step was changing my diet to paleo and I stayed very strict with it. I also ate Fermented foods daily Sauerkraut , kombucha . I eat all organic fruits and vegetables except for the dirty dozen and you can Google that, I ate all organic grass fed meats. I followed the SHINE Protocol sleep, hormones, infection, nutrition and exercise. Go to RU-vid and Google the SHINE protocol it’s a long video but it is spot on. I did a lot of mindful meditation , it was a full-time job being good to myself. I started doing yoga to help my lymphatic system and I rested and eat well. I kept all negative stuff out of my life news movies toxic people. It took about eight months to get swimming, riding a bike, kayaking and swimming. I still pick and choose my Activities so I do not crash. I didn’t focusing on my symptoms, but focusing on my health and, the affirmation of wellness mind body and spirit. I would sit in my chair with 3 pound weights and I would lift them to keep my muscles Or what I had left after being in bed for three years. Most doctors do not know how to help us I did ask the doctor to draw lab work to check my vitamins and iron I also had them do the 5 panels of thyroid have them check for mono Epstein-Barr virus to see if the cause was viral or neurological. Fermented food is a wonderful probiotic so I did not spend a ton of money on probiotic tablets. I have incorporated vitamin D3 as most people think it is just a vitamin but it is a hormone which my levels were low on vitamin C zinc magnesium and iron these were the things that my body needed please have your lab work checked before adding them in I’m not a doctor or suggesting you add your arm into your diet always be safe and check. I had the mindset that wellness was the only option for me even on my worst days I knew they would pass I will try to find ways to music funny movies whatever means it took to get me through the negative air which there was a lot

@@valentinaruseva7612 Yes I did have it Most disease is infectious viruses to be the root cause or central nervous system damage. You have to find the cause but diet and exercise are crucial to our recovery I’m always here if you want to talk if you want my number you can private message me I know how deep dark and ugly this disease can be there was times I did not even want to live but I promise you there are better days ahead

Thank you for sharing this Ruby and for your support! 😊 You've come such a long way too, 80% is far and there is no reason why you can't get to 90% in the near future 😊

@@jacksrecoverycfs4643 I am eager to watch it ! 🙂 Have you ever heard of The Chronic Comeback? It's a podcast (available on RU-vid) about people who have recovered from various chronic health issues. The last guest, Prosper, has an amazing story, he used limbic system retraining and psilocybin :)
