2004 New Flyer D40LF with a Detroit Diesel Series 50 EGR with a Allison B400R5 transmission. The bus is not owned by me it is owned by a really close friend.
This bus was moving wow she's got some power to her always been a fan of the D40LF I had a feeling that's the bus that was in this I bet it was a joy to drive this beast. Man for a 2004 she sounds a lot better and drives better than a lot of these newer buses now days for sure
@@trainmaster1269 Fortunately there are still some New Flyer D40lfs with the DD series 50 engine in revenue service. They can be found in Anchorage, Alaska operated by Valley Transit and People Mover but not for long, both these Operators are getting new buses soon!
