It's good to see videos like this, as it helps demonstrate how comparable ESP and the LTD 1000 range are in terms of quality - with both guitars in this video essentially identical in that regard (and both are just as good as any regular Gibson LP). Of course, the ESP is better looking, with its thicker maple cap and sexy flames. Josh also regularly uses cheaper LTD's like the ST-213 (I think) and the PS1 (which he used live last Nov). He also used a mid range LTD to record his parts for Edge of the Earth. Just goes to show - A good guitar isn't defined by the name on the headstock.

Alex's guitar is ec 1000t ctm, which is different model from ec-1000. Whatever, the both guitars are awesome. Ltd delux series is really good as much as e-ii.

The dude with the black Ltd has the traditional ec1000 cmt which is more like a les Paul on the weight and a thick neck .
