If over the years both the Sierra Leone people party and the All people Congress had invested in and developed a healthcare system fit for purpose and made sure that doctors and nurses and support staff were well payed then the doctors will not go on strike
Looking back over the years our hard working doctors and nurses have been working in extreme circumstances with the necessary tools to do the job so I don't blame our hard pressed doctors if they down tools

This is sad 😢hw can they paid these so call honorable who re not doing their honorable job properly millions of leones & ppl that save lives their demands re not met , Doctors, Nurses teachers should b paid a good salary coz they re doing a fantastic job to the citizens of our nation, Doctors should b paid over a thousand dollars or more per mnth & Nurses like $500 dollars in leones &, teachers &, principals the same then Military & police force follows 👍 we do not have discent govt hospital only private hospitals not everyone can afford that , those who can visit Ghana for medical treatment & some overseas, when will our govt provide their citizens with better light, clean water &, good medical ,if this Doctors strike ,ppl will die minutes by minutes, God help our nation Sometimes u feel ashamed to b called a citizens of mama salone ,coz the basic necessity of mankind re very expensive that ppl cannot afford even a meal per day with all our minirals that we re blessed with foreigners re way better living conditions than the citizens when will the suffering of our ppl end ,may God help our nation
