Celo ain't from downtown bruh, so he don't know.lol.😂😂😂 He don't k ow about Downtown at all..lol..Orleans and Claiborne on the Lafitte side is the 6th ward..The other side towards Basin St., going towards the Iberville is the 4th ward. Orleans cross N.Broad is the 5th ward. Lol.
