Do you call this a meal? I haven't seen a recipe or a dish here. It includes two fish and no cream on top. I don't think it's a very elegant dish. It may have protein, but that's the only thing. And I think you should check out my Greek cooking and 😊

Lunch , dinner , lunch , dinner and hopefully some breakfast and snacks in between . She has less than 3 days worth of lunch dinner made quickly there or is it 2 and a 1/2? I’m pregnant right now but also have a fast metabolism if I made this I’m embarrassed to say if I would finish that in 2 days lol. Would u say it’s worth it?
Looks like 3 days of lunch and dinner to me. She likely meal preps twice a week and eats out once a week. If she does intermittent fasting, then lunch is likely her first meal of the day. If you eat breakfast, eggs and fruit or oatmeal and a side of turkey bacon (just an example) is quick to whip up. Drinking tea also helps with curbing excessive appetite.
Frozen saumon, and potatoes through in the oven for 10-20 minutes. Then I go take my shower. When I'm all clean, it's also time to eat 💅🏾 It's all about organization.
Same goes for timer cooker. Just through your frozen food in it. Frozen food is one of the best way to keep nutrients, but it will work with fresh food.
BE REALISTIC NOT EVERYONE HAS A BIG BUDGET NOT EVERYONE HAS A LIFE TO SCRATCH THEIR ASS ALL DAY , BUT EVEN HAVE TIME TO TRAIN NOT EVERYONE IS IN YOUR POSITION IN, MOST PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD THEIR OWN RENT SO BE SIMPLE, BE REALISTIC ONLY FOR THOSE WHO LIVE AT HOME WITH A FAMILY OR LIVING WITH THEIR PARENTS INCOME AND TIME TO SPARE
you combine the different components into a meal. like salmon, pasta, tomato salad for one meal and chicken, sweet potatoes, tomatoes for another meal etc.
Really ? Pastas too ? You can't be serious. It only takes a few minutes too cook !!! I would have stopped the prep before cooking, to preserve taste and nutrients to its best, 'cause you know well the first meal you ate isn't as tasty as the last one, especially pasta. 😒
'Cause they are living beings. But so are plants, kiddo !! Just google a timelaspe of plants and do some research. Herbs would even scream when you cut them. Trees communicate between themselves to support and protect each others.
Because there's nothing wrong with them, some people like consistency and discipline and many of us are very busy while still needing to take care of ourselves. Sounds like u have a lot of free time on your hands.
