I’m like you-I don’t mind eating the same thing each day (fellow teacher, lol). I like the routine. But this batch style prep is nice too. The shrimp recipe looks great! Have you made your spring rolls recently? (Btw, yes you can buy chicken breast with bones and skin 😊) Love the Minute Rice cups. Especially the chicken and herb flavor.

The Brussels sprouts with the asparagus caught me a lil off guard butttttt the finished product looked really tasty so I’m definitely gonna try to make that and the shrimp 😋
Def giving that tip to add garlic towards the end a try. I tend to burn it was well. That volcano sauce is a game changer. Looks like it'd be tasty on anything from shimp to chicken to veggies. Thanks for sharing!
This made me wish that I liked shrimp!!! Looks so good. So did the bbq chicken, rice & veggies. I made a sautéed veggie mix of broccoli, yellow & zucchini squash, turkey bacon, onions, seasonings & coconut aminos. SO GOOD!!
We don't have a trader Joe's in mobile Alabama 😩 My nails are your length too so I go to the local beauty supply store and buy some black gloves( cheaper like $2 for 10) to cook with (when needed) just a tip

Lol I have some meal prep ideas that I would love to see below: -a batch hibachi meal prep with different proteins like chicken & shrimp, and veggies of course. -greek Chicken Pita wrap -healthy takes on dessert for those of us with a little sweet tooth Thanks sis- looking forward to the next meal prep!!

When I was a kid my mom got her first microwave & decided to cook a whole chicken. She went by the directions of the book that came with it. It turned out Chicken Jerky! We ate it too! 😂🤣
