COOKING TIP FOR "ALL" FROZEN FOOD! SIMPLY RINSE WITH COLD WATER TO REMOVE "ALL" FROST! YOU WILL HAVE A FRESHER TASTE ON ALL VEGGIES/MEAT. FROST IS A CONDENSATION OF MOISTURE THAT COLLECTS "ALL" FOREIGN SMELLS IN THE FREEZER. SO SIMPLE AND A QUICK METHOD FOR FRESHER COOKED FOOD.

I did keto for 6 months. My migraines went almost completely away. The stomach issues that plagued me all went away. Stopped due to lack of willpower. All of the benefits slipped away. Finally started back 5 days ago. Already, stomach is flatter and hurts far less. Already,my daily headaches are better. I know it isn't for everyone. But, for me,it is a lifesaver. My good cholesterol is excellent. My triglycerides are amazing. I get healthier with this way of eating. I won't say it's for everyone. I love watching your family. I get good ideas for recipes and it's just nice to watch a loving family in general

Just a tip.. You could make beans on the side for those who like them. Beans are very filling and healthy. Its a complete protein when paired with rice 😊

Yummy food in your house this week! I like getting inspiration from your videos. It’s become my habit to make an “our tribe of many” dinner in Sunday evenings. We have church morning and evening on Sundays so it can hard to time when dinner is. These days though we have church on Zoom (still can’t meet in person in Aus!) so I can out something in the slow cooker and it’s ready to go for eating in front of the ‘tv’ (church service!) while we have our fellowship time after church on zoom.

Best way to add veggies to meals that kiddos will eat - blender! I add spinach, carrots and other veggies into my homemade sauce. 👍

I'm so glad to see this appear this morning. I like to watch your video while I do my recumbent bike riding and I was just ready to go on the porch to get on that bike. The time seems to go a lot faster when I'm watching you guys. for the first time in my more than 70 years of life I have been trying to exercise regularly so that I can walk better. Praise be to God for his goodness.

We love the Montreal Steak 🥩 Seasoning. They also make a Montreal Chicken Seasoning that's really good too. How impressive that a group of kids produced their own play that looked to be AMAZING!! 60 people showing up to watch is quite the crowd. That's awesome!!

And who said homeschoolers don't have extra curricular activities or socialization!!! Love the play at the end!! Also, I'm a vegan but I love to get ideas where I can veganize recipes. I make my own meats and cheeses from scratch. I love watching the meal prep videos!!

I put 3 tablespoons of chili powder in my chili! But I use a mild kind. I also add a dash of cayenne and some ancho chile powder (which is not spicy, just sweet, rich, and fruity) to round out the flavor.

if u save the glass tomato pasta jar u can start roses in Oct, by cutting the rose at a junction and bury the junction in garden w/ glass jar over and leave until middle of spring

Round steak dredged in flour and lightly browmed. Put into a pan or crockpot, add sliced onion & tomatoe sauce. Cook until tender add peas, heat until hot Serve overfished potatoes YUMMY and super easy

Hi food looked lovely you were right when you said when the kids leave home you won’t know how to cook small portions I had 4 children plus 2 step children and my nice always loved being at ours the we had there friends some times we had over a dozen kids in the house it was lovely to cook for them all as Both me and my husband love to cook we were lucky like you we had a big house with a large garden for them now they are all up and married our 3girl now have children and we love having the house filled with our grand children our son is now travelling the world in the RAF and we make all his favourites when he home on leave even though he’s now 30 but he works hard when he’s away keep doing what you’re doing the rewards are amazing

Hey Sarah, I was wondering if your able to do a video on how use disclipline your children. Seeing how they have grown I really respect it and how back boned use are they have really grown and growing into well rounded individuals

I always loved going to granny's on Sunday after church for dinner the house a buzz and my mom's brothers and sisters coming and going. She has 10 siblings granny had a small house so we would take turns at the table from older to younger. Usually the teenagers would eat outside on the porch even in the winter. I respect my elders and so pleased to see the manners you teach your children. A lost art alot of parents are to busy and it's making for I hate to say it but lil mannered children.
