Because Wonwoo's nickname during pre-debut era was Mr. Beanie ^^

Geroni Hipolito well, during 17TV season 1, instead of telling fans the trainees’ names, at first Pledis gave them nicknames based on what they were wearing/holding at that moment and Wonwoo was wearing a beanie (and he actually wore it a lot during pre-debut era lol)
