Well in this context its more to remove his own shame rather than gaining the approval of others. Besides maybe a few hardasses, I dont think anyone really cares that he ran away once. And in another point of view, he might just be trying to erase the horrors of his past by charging through his present horrors from a possition of strength rather than cowardness, as in to prove something to himself, that hes not the same boy anymore, or maybe its his own form of fucked up therapy. Why did I get this deep? I dont know...

When I said that I kin Tartaglia, that's what I meant. The voice acting makes it so much better and we are really into the comic! It's incredible! I love Chilumi so much even tho it's not cannon, I love the ideas behind every comic but this one.. This one makes me cry 😭
