I am honored to be compared with the likes of Mr. Bayes himself. BTW, there is a book in progress. Here's the link: quantpsych.net/stats_modeling/ Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Quant Psych I am a PhD Candidate and my supervisor introduce me to Bayesian. My analysis uses Naive Bayes for development of predictive model of operative risk. I have read a lot of articles and books etc to understand the issues with NHST, p-values and the advantages of Bayesian. Although I went further and read into other machine learning methods. But your videos make understand these complex ideas very intuitive especially re p-values. Wish I had you as a stats/research lecturer
I really like your videos, I think you provide great quality content. I would change the titles to be something that students would actually look up though. ‘Reliability and Validity explained’ these are the terms students get in lectures so they better be in the title so when people search for it, it pops up. People don’t google ‘Measurements in statistics’ because its too unspecific.
