At which point? The first time I remove the ground wire (1:09) is to measure the total resistance of the circuit. You have to have the power supply disconnected in order to get the correct resistance. If you leave the wire in place with the power supply connected, you will get the circuit resistance in parallel with the power supplies resistance.
Praveen 04679 you really need to have the jumper to make sure you complete the circuit branch. You could pull out the other 2 jumpers, but there is a risk of not connecting to both wires and getting a false reading.
