Measuring Droop 

Why does it matter what the measurement is if your shocks wont extend that far out when installed..

But when connecting the swaybar and shocks. The meansurment could be off isnt it?

What blue body rests are you using...?

You should measure to the top of the axle. Shocks an sway bars impact actual movement once attatched.
