This video teaches the two basic functions of a theodolite. Those are Measuring a horizontal angle and measuring a vertical angle. Further it briefly describes the other uses of theodolites.

Both side Ok. Nevertheless, the angle reading increases in clock wise rotations in most cases.

Your theodolite is of toquality but your video is totally full of noise. Can you remove that noise and reduce the background sound.
