Well on the meat case it’s more than just Putting the meat out. Needs to be carefully done by rotating what goes out first and last. Maybe he doesn’t trust any one to do it as good as he does. Someone could put the wrong stuff out first, has happen to my meat case before
What chemicals do you use for each process?? I'm starting up my meat processing for home use on my farm.. Degreaser, sanitizer, oil to do the machines in the morning etc... I appreciate any specific information you can help me out with... Sincerely, Dave
Depends on the market manager's expectations, but typically, the real process is breaking down the entire equipment. I know when I worked in a market, my manager was pretty chill and didn't mind us leaving the blade on it.
Break down the machine and put that shit in the sink at 140° instead of spraying everywhere like a heathen put the scrubbed parts in a cart spray once to soak in soap spray two hot ass water on the machine itself.cutting boards gnaw son put that ontop of the sink with back and front slathered in bleach paste and then skrub the fk out of it.
