I just want to say it’s been a pleasure watching your RU-vid channel you’re gonna do great things continue to make videos I continue to bring advocacy to disability we will encourage you
Thank you for doing this video. Cooking meat is one thing I have always had a lot of trouble with. It’s one skill I had on a list of things to work on.
Great! Just remember… It’s all about timing. Once you get a feel for the amount of time it takes to cook a particular amount of ground meat, you can pretty much count on it doing the same thing each time, as long as you were cooking it at the same temperature. I like to keep notes on my computer with my recipes. I hope the video gives you some new options to try. Bon appétit!
Hi Donna. I suggest you try using timing as a strategy for cooking chicken on the stove. Try preparing chicken with someone cited to help you the first time you time the task. When the chicken is perfect, make a note of how long it took before you reached that perfec level of preparedness. Another strategy for knowing when chicken is done is to get used to the changes in smell and texture. Pay attention the next couple of times you’re cooking chicken. You should notice the changes in how it smells and feels as it becomes more cooked. If you use all of these methods together, you should be in good shape. No worries. You’ve got this.🍗🍗
Hope you get a chance to try it. Just be careful not to overcook it. It will get very dry. That’s why I like to add a little water halfway through. Thanks for watching.
