Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat 220 degrees and bottom heat 180 degrees. Keep it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 15 mins. If we can't change the temperatures separetely, then we bake it with both upper heat and bottom heat at 200 degrees. Keep the tray on the top layer of oven. Move the baking tray according to the color of the bread to make sure it is heated evenly. If we bake it with a small oven, we need to reduce the temperatures by 20-30 degrees.
