Two thoughts one meatloaf is amazing to be probably missed his calling, much better bass player than a politician.

Great mini concert,his voice sounded much much better than he last sang back in March this year....i was just wondering how you got in touch with Paul Crook and Randy Flowers his two lead guitar players since 1993,so i started lookin to see if Patti Russo might be there but she was not there...either she quit or Meat let here go in 2013...thank you for a well done job in handeling all of this...hope to hear from you as i saw l lot of you when you were on fox news...last thing..i've got at least 45 dvd's full of meats u-tube stuff plus 5 dvd that i bought from Amazon... love meat forever as im 74 years young same as meat....

From the very first stoney and meatloaf album I've been a fan. I really think this could have been a hit if it had been released as a single. Time wins the race. We were lucky to have share time with meat loaf.

Inspired songwriting at 70+ UNCOMMON

This may be the best recorded performance of this song I’ve heard. Huckabee also played bass on this song when Meat appeared on his show in 2010 on the PR tour for Hang Cool Teddy Bear, but Meat is in better voice this time.

20 years ago I was in a band that was recording our demo. The recording was being done by James Michael in LA. I think he was charging us like $150 or $200 a song. Shortly after that James had become too successful for us to go back to him for future recordings. However, he ended up doing one more song for us a few years later for free just because he is that kind of guy. While we were working on that song, he showed us a demo version of a song he wrote called “Los Angeloser”. I thought that song was so great and wanted so bad to record it. James said he was holding on to that one until the right artist wanted to record it. I personally think he should have gone with someone other than meatloaf, but anyway I just wanted to tell that little story.

He sounds so much better here then he has in a few years! He was planning to go into the studio starting Jan 20th and start working on a new album. He also was planning a new tour. Also he had some other projects he was going to do....SO sad he didn't get the chance to do any of them :(

Its a bittersweet performance because its meat loaf, its great but you can see that there is so much hope and optimism for the new beggining of his career just for him to pass before he could really get started again

There comes a time in a musicians life where they need to no longer perform. It completely takes away from the person that they once were and are most remembered by. The sound, the charisma, the energy and the entire performance is completely void in this video. Very sad.
