Your a wonderful & creative dad from what you did with your kids for movie night which of course is family night. I've not seen "Dennis The Menace" movie in a long time. The cartoon version used to be on Dairy Queen poster ads when I was growing up.
Thanks for the pizza recipe! I'll cook it for dinner some time my sister has been begging for pizza and our oven died so we can't make her party pizzas now I know a way to make her some pizza! Thanks so much!
Your town is awesome! There aren’t anymore video stores in my town. Just Redbox. They sadly closed all of the video stores down a few years ago. I miss the days of walking into a video store and picking out a movie. That was part of the excitement before watching the movie lol. I didn’t know Walmart has iron-on prints! I’m going to get some when I have a movie night with my daughter. Your cooking is always fun to watch and that pizza looked delicious! The nostalgia of this whole video made me feel so inspired. Looking forward to the next movie night!!! 💛
Yes yes yes!!!! My 3 year old found you during Halloween and is hooked and still watches them today (rewatches over and over and even hums you’re intro beat). This is the best idea ever and now I look forward to Saturday nights! We have a lot in common 😂 and I’m also on a low carb diet. That raos sauce is almost double in price up here in WA! Great videos, can’t wait for more and will definitely be making that pizza!
Can I just say I love your videos my son started watching your Halloween videos and then I found these movie night videos what fun My mama who passed away last year would do movies nights with us all the time and I love watching them takes me back I will definitely be doing them with my family my son is 3 he’s a lil hard to sit still but love these videos don’t stop making them ❤️
Aww, I remember going to get CED movies and making Rice Krispie Treats, eating red licorice (shoe laces!), drinking New York Seltzer, and Hawaiian Punch! YAY!
Unfortunately all we have is Redbox. We use to have a family videos when I was a kid. The only movie I would ever wanted was the original a hundred and one Dalmatians though. 😂 Drove my poor parents up the wall with that movie
Omg this series will be awesome. Glad to see you back in the kitchen. I may have to try the egg/cheese crust idea one weekend. Back when I was a kid in 1914 we use to get a movie every Saturday night. Things sure have changed.
Hopefully this series will help bring more attention to it and get people excited about renting again! I missed it so much and I am so glad I decided to go back!
@@ThatNateGuyOnRU-vid I hope your videos get people excited about renting again too! That Family Video was my very first job back in 2008 and my dad took me there every weekend for years when I was little. Lots of great memories there! 😊
There are no more video stores where I live. I have family in Akron and they have some video stores there. I never saw the movie devil's knot but I saw all the documentaries you're talking about about the West Memphis three.
This video totally brought me back to childhood! Super awesome to see a video rental place still in your area. Sadly, they are all gone in my area. :( However, a few years ago I heard that there is a mom and pop one about 30 - 45 minutes away from me. Not sure if it's still there because I hardly get out in that area unless I'm visiting my brothers. Good looking pizza, by the way, haha. :P Also, you need to put Rambo: Last Blood on your list of movies to watch if you haven't seen it! I recently watched it a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic! I also watched Terminator Dark Fate the other night and thought it was good, too! Wow! Surprised to hear your words on Gemini Man and Will Smith in those types of movies. I watched it a couple of weeks ago, too, and thought it was great! And on the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark movie, I watched it a couple of nights ago. I grew up with the books and loved them and still love them to this day. The movie, I have mixed feelings about. I did think it was cool and thought it was a cool direction and the makeup and special effects were great and spot on, but at the same time I wish they would have stayed more true to the books and did something like a Creepshow vibe for the movie or made it a Netflix series to stay true to the books. But, overall, I didn't think t was that bad and I thought it was a good effort for a start overall!
Yeah man something about when Will Smith takes on a super serious role that I just cannot buy his characters. Even I Am Legend, cause I love zombie flicks, and iRobot cause that's right up my alley too, but I just get that same vibe when he's trying to play a character too serious. But when he plays the same type of character in a comedy, like Men In Black, he does excellent playing the edgy tough guy cop in the beginning of the movie, I wish he played it like that in his serious roles. It's like if he's in a comedy he doesn't feel that pressure to perform, so it makes it feel more natural and his characters are believable. But when the whole movie is supposed to be serious, that uncomfortability sticks out to me like a sore thumb.
@@ThatNateGuyOnRU-vid Fair enough! It's almost like you're saying "hit and miss" with his stuff. Which, I can agree to what you're saying. But, Gemini Man, I thought was fantastic, personally! His bet serious role, in my opinion. Did you ever watch Gemini Man, though, out of curiosity? If so, I'd love to know your thoughts on it. If not, give it a shot and let me know what you think either through a PM on Facebook, post on your FB group, or a RU-vid video review. Speaking of him, did you ever watch the movie he was in called Wild Wild West that came out in like '98 or '99? One of his less serious roles. Has more of a comedy aspect to it.
Nightmare On Elm Street, one of my few favorites which our Wal-Mart has or had this complete movie sequel which I've yet to buy. I've yet to get the complete series "The Dukes Of Hazzard" on dvd, I have a few episodes on VHS I've had for several years but I want to buy the complete series of "Emergency!", still my favorite tv series.
Woww!!! I 💗Love💗 All Of Your Videos!! This One Really Takes Me "Back In The Day"..Renting Movies From Local VideoStores😘..God Bless U..There Should Be More Fun Guys Like U Who Also Believes In "JESUS".. A M E N👼😇👼
There was a Family Video in Grove City (PA), where I live, but it was very small and it closed. If I want to go to a Family Video, I have to go to Hermitage/Sharon, Greenville, or New Castle. ☹️
Nope no more, been some time when Blockbuster Video closed & Hastings closed up their chain of stores which had books to buy, music items & video rental. I generally buy movies I like which I yet to buy the movie "The Founder" which haven't seen plus the latest movie "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood".
That Nate Guy On RU-vid only because originally you were saying that non retail stuff was messing up the algorithm on the main channel. That’s why Nate 2 was created. I would have just expected to see this video there is all.
@@TananBaboo oh ok lol I see. Well I mean half the video is still retail so. Sometimes it is a tough call with that algorithm in mind but I thought this would appeal more to the viewer base on this channel :)
There's one video store in my area and it's called video under one roof in Plattsburgh New York besides that theirs walmart,Sam's club, family dollar and dollar stores to purchase movies
Suppressed they are still open in 2020? I used to go to one in Waterford Michigan in 2012 most on the time it was just me in there never seen more than 3 customers of course I went early.
My favorite candy mixture: Get the largest mixing bowl you have, dump in the following: peanut butter M&M's, gummy bears both regular and sour, A pound or two of Heggy's roasted cashews, and a bag or two of spice gum drops! Bring your own insulin!
Yes I still do have a family video right down the street from my house. It is an excellent location for a movie rental place. I live in Liverpool New York near the Bayberry neighborhood and let me tell you if you go up the street one way from the store you’re in the Bayberry neighborhood if you go down the street another way you make it into my apartment complex and My area is full of apartments where I live. So between the Bayberry neighborhood which is a typical style house like what you live in and apartments like where I live and of course my family video is going to get the occasional not the every day but the occasional once in a while neighbor coming to rent a movie/gamer coming to try out a game before they buy it. We used to have a blockbuster video in my area but sadly like all the blockbusters they went out of business it became a temporary pawn shop but then rent was too high and nobody wanted the blockbuster video so it sits there a Bandan probably leaking inside because you wouldn’t believe the huge icicles When Blockbuster was open that were hanging off the side of the building and the massive ice sheets in the parking lot in the winter time. Nobody in their right mind is going to want to rent blockbuster because they have to tear down the building and build a new building and fix all the ice sheet problems Or they’re going to have a massive work on the building to make the massive icicles not grow anymore in the winter. And yes we have the typical Redbox Redbox is around town one at the fast track one in Wegmans grocery store also when my Walmart as well. I remember when my Wegmans grocery store used to have a video rental portion of the store they did away with that now and they have a café in its place I don’t think the café was there when the movie rental place was open but they did away with movie rental along time ago And the only place now in my area that I know of that you can rent videos from our Redbox or the only family video I know of of the street by my house. Now that I say blockbuster I can’t get the theme song out of my head. Blockbuster video wow what a difference more like now Internet streaming wow what a Convenience
