What ingredients do I need for the empanada recipe?
For kneading:
600 g of all-purpose flour.
1 egg L and 1 egg to paint at the end.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon dehydrated yeast.
220 ml of warm water.
100 ml of oil. (50 ml of olive and 50 ml of sunflower)
For the filling:
600 g of minced meat.
3 medium onions.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1/2 teaspoon saffron powder.
Salt and oil.
