​@@halamakssoud9329 I can't promise you with the exact cheese. However, where I live in USA, I always use Fresh Mozzarella and you will get good results and flavor. Hopefully, in the future I will have a video on how to make it. Just to be clear both my wife and myself are not professional Chef, but we both enjoy cooking and that is why we have this channel. All our recipes are tested several times before publish any video. Thank you

@@yummylebanese9179 Yes I get you. I am not a chef myself but I indulge in baking and cooking. Now we have a partial lockdown in Kuwait hence I am trying every day and new recipe. Thank you for your reply. I might try the Mozzarella although not always we find it fresh. Good luck and we hope to see more of your videos in the future. Stay safe.
