Fun facts: -Cheetah's are extremely timid and are filled with anxiety so they sometimes have service dogs as emotional support -Due to the fact they can purr both ways, they are technically a lesser cat -They chirp...like a bird. It's hecking adorable -While they are the fastest land animal (reaching iirc 88mph) they can only do it in bursts and not often in between each burst

Another fun fact is that there are Asiatic Cheetahs. These cheetahs now have a population of around 50. Their range used to extend into India and parts of southern China. They have since been hunted to extinction in most of their range and are now confined to a small area of Iran. Also, Cheetahs have a top speed of 61 mph, not 88 mph.

It’s a little known fact that cheetahs are actually quite docile towards humans, and they’re very friendly cats to familiar faces. There’s a RU-vid video of someone sleeping with a pack of cheetahs all night Edit: the same person also turned his back to a cheetah (something you definitely shouldn’t do to most big cats) and the cheetah acted like he didn’t even notice he turned his back Edit 2: it’s always a good idea to admire anything potentially dangerous from a distance, cheetahs too. But wild cheetahs typically leave humans alone

RhettyforFun their claws are somewhat comparable to dog's claws. In terms of toughness and not retracting that is. The reason they can go so fast isn't all because of the muscles, they literally stick their claws into the ground to get more out of each step while running. Amazing beasts

Coyote, I kept waiting for you to mention that cheetah’s have a lot in common with domesticated house cats. They purr instead ‘roar’ like lions do...in fact, if they purr they don’t roar & visa versa. Also, my little kitty eats her food in ‘gulps’ or whole bites like Monty, then her stomach does all the digestive work. That’s why house cats tend to ‘graze’ instead of eating one HUGE meal at a time. Just thought you’d like to know.

I'm not a militant athiest. I don't go around telling people god isn't real. I frankly couldn't care less what someone believes. I do take offense when facts are being ignored because it doesn't comply with someone's believes. Evolution is fact and therefore this should be taught to everyone so we can make the human race just a bit smarter. Or is it wrong to educate people nowadays?

Athiests are never neutral, they always have a self-righteous need to proclaim to people that they're athiest and want everyone to be like them...all in the guise of so-called "education." If you were REALLY neutral, you would be *agnostic* not athiest. Since there is no way to prove if God is real one way or another. A logical person would admit that. But athiests choose to conclusively believe there is no God, because they tend to be very negative, nihilistic people in the first place. The idea that everything came here by accident with no meaning or design, and life has no purpose just fits with their personality.

I don't think there's a any recorded instance of a cheetah eating an adult human. While they are wild animals and can be dangerous, cheetahs are the most docile big cats in the world. They've been held as a pet by ancient Egyptians and Medieval nobles. They were even used to hunt deer. They like hunting, but it will give it's prey away to nearly all other predators. It simply isn't big and strong enough to defend it, and it can't afford to lose a fight.

It is like the cheetah heard and understood Coyote, when he said let's analyze your tail the cheetah flipped over so they could get a good shot. and then when coyote said let's analyze the cheetah's eyes, he flipped back over for a good shot of the eyes. CHEETAHS ARE PART HUMAN.
