Muhteşem bi lezzet. Harmanlama dengesini tutturabilmek çok önemli biraz kekik de kullanırsak daha lezzetli olacağını düşünüyorum. Ellerimize saglık çok güzel görünüyor.
Btw for everyone wondering if he used actual wine. He didn't, he used pomegranate molasses which is basically syrup not alcohol. It's used as a glaze on meat.
SUPER!!! as always of course...I cant wait to make this- but I dont have the tandoor- though i will one day- now that i am apparently addicted to Azerbiajan/ Uzbek, etc style cooking...I am so glad utube decided one day that i needed to be ntroduced to this cuisine/culture- and suggested some random channel- which as we well know, leads us on our way down the yellowbrick rabbithole road...and i love it.

Всегда злюсь из за еды в самолёте .И всегда думаю а летаю в дальние рейсы и думаю вот блин ну можно же кормить людей нормально. Становится обидно .а здесь мужик на природе и без удобств а творит реальные чудеса .Уверяю в один день увидите его в книге.

Is couscous a part of the Azerbaijani diet? I think it would be a great accompaniment to this dish. I've been thinking of building a clay oven in my back yard for awhile. This makes it all the more tempting!
