No way you tried Laphing for the first time and loved it haha. Come on, I am quite sure you didn't enjoy it as much as you showed it for the camera. It's horrendous the first time you try it, the slippery-ness, the spice, it's an acquired taste. And Timur is a kind of pepper that is found only around these parts in Nepal. It has that tangy, sharp heat with tonic like properties and used to give a quite distinctive tang to pickles and vegetable dishes.
c'mon don't be so harsh. what if he really liked it? i did love laphing when i first tried it. afterwards i crave for it. such a unique taste i have tried for the first time in Kathmandu. I'm Nepali too but i live in other part where people barely know about laphing.
Keema noodles is best when you mix everything well first. It’s the place I go every time I crave for keema noodles one of best, reasonable and healthy place to eat keema noodles.
And if you want to have authentic thakali thali you must visit odan thakali house located at dhumbharai. Really good 🤤. And swayambhu has a best place for laphing. If you ever visit Nepal again let me know I’ll recommend you best places for foods 🙂
Dude you look and sound like one of the Indian shark tank judges Ashneer Grover.. i was confused at first like what is happening... Cheers brother happy eating...

Nice video, only suggestion is that we love to eat the thakali food with our right hand and enjoy the most of it! Please research the food before you eat them. Thanks cheers!
Healthy? I think you are trying to say it is "SAFE" to use MSG in less to moderate amount because it's definitely not a "HEALTHY" edible. Msg is just for flavor it is not seen as a healthy edible...
Out of curiosity a Japanese chemist discovered this flavour found in meat and vegetables. Flavour makes food delicious and that makes people happy and happiness makes people healthy. But also , you have a point too i agree that’s why I used “take properly not excessively “
