Early Subsidized crawlers gives such a big boost. I typically go way farther when I get it early verse when I dont.

Honestly, sub crawlers is THE best card to get in survival mode. In fact, I'm not sure if I've seen any insane 4 videos uploaded without use of sub crawlers lol. I've beaten insane 4 once without use of sub crawlers since the tarantula update, which due to the RNG of the rounds, could have just been lucky.

right? I feel like anytime I try a certain composition, the AI gets the hard counters in the hardest ways lol. He didn't get the exp mustangs that do uber damage with uber splash, with 200+ range, probably would have ruined him. Its ruined me before with sub crawlers..

Hey Stoney - I FINALLY, ACTUALLY beat S4 a couple of days ago. Basically used the same strat you posted in that vidya ~2 months ago: - Abandon one tower. - Subsidized crawlers + level the crap out of them: Impact Drill, NOT acid. - Giga wasps + protect them when necessary: - Other Forces: Armored Wraith to obviate the Mustangs, which SLAY your Wasps otherwise. High-Upgraded Worm (Card) & Level WF from a Card. I OBS'd a high-quality screencap of the whole thing. Would you have any use of it?

70 matches and never have got the sub crawlers. Everyone one of your games for survival uses it. Can you win without it?

You can win without it. I've got several runs using a near identical tactic, but no subsidized crawlers. Would have been nice though. The real question is, can you win without using mass crawlers and wasps because if so, idk how. I've tried so many games trying.

Overlord + Wasp was excellent until Insane II, then crawler is required. I think it's tough without a speedy army and most speedy units aren't that great without strong crawler screen (rhino, balls, mustangs)
