Haha, it's how I remind myself that I need to stay mentally checked in. For me the game isn't over until the reflection and after action breakdown are done. Then I can forget everything and make the same mistakes 2 games later with a clear conscience! :D

My wife was drawing while I was watching this and when drn uttered "Kowalski, analysis" she shrieked with laughter. The delivery was flawless.

Oh man, I hadn't even thought about that til now! Hopefully we can time it with the 4 player FFA mode coming out and we can have a mad game or two with a few folks :D

Thanks man! Was a bit of a fun because as Editing DRN I wasn't sure how to highlight things cleanly. Didn't want to pause the action but it was an interesting interaction for me, and trying to understand why people have started putting Crawlers behind Steelballs so much lately. How's the 2v2 grind treating you?

Thanks for the feedback as always. Was experimenting with trying to highlight what live DRN was talking about, finding convient windows to slot replays in is hard though. This DRN guy talks too much!

It's perfectly fine to disagree! A difference of opinion and working out why we approach things differently helps us both get stronger. For me the late arriving Mustangs are an anti-flank, late-in-the-round chaff unit that also pumps out a medium bit of dps and puts our opponent off from trying Wasp plays. And if they're busy trying to counter the Mustangs my other more significant units are being ignored - which is fine by me! Yes, I still think they're one of the weakest units in the game, but still build them very regularly because I can't get the Typhoons I'd much prefer. And even then by the time we get Typhoons our opponent has access to the Scorpions that counter then even easier than Mustangs. At least Mustangs can get Range :D Hope that gives you a bit of context for my choice here. What do you use to cover your flanks? Noticed I rarely, if ever, get serious flanking attempts against me when I've got the Mustangs and Crawlers covering the corners.

@@Drone_101 I agree; discourse is healthy. I know that sometimes I can develop some terrible opinions (for a little while I felt that siege mode was an actively negative tech on scorps and didn't run it) so I enjoy getting to discuss. I am also a big fan of Typhoons, but I agree that the lack of reliability means that you can't trust them to be your chaff clear. They also have the same classic struggle as the vulcan where they can get stuck on a chunkier unit and fail to actually clear chaff. The aside, if you can get a couple decent leveled Typhoons with shields and missiles they become an absolute menace to get rid of. My general cover for my flanks is the classic corner crawlers and a sentry missile. It's obviously not a fix all, but, unless the goes all in and double drops wasps or even more, it usually gives me at least one round warning. My go to unit to drop if they put down a unit of wasps is actually a fang. Fangs have quickly risen to be one of my favorite units in the game just due to their sheer adaptability. I have regularly been picking up range enhancement on them round 3 and it almost always gives good payoff. So Fangs are also my usual answer the round after a wasp pack was dropped. With the range enhancement I can put them four away from the crawlers which leaves room for any additional answer I might need if my opponent goes all in on the flank. Their ability to get ignite also means that they aren't suddenly useless if the opponent drops a wraith with armor.

The problem there is it'd be into that Level 3 Markman who's showing the Anti-Air tech. If we did buy one it'd be a bait to try and tempt them into taking the AA tech and then resell the Wraith for a cheeky little 250g advantage!
