Excellent explanation. I can say you are a perfect physiotherapist. Lack such knowledgeable physiotherapist in India. You have detailed knowledge of the spine as a spine surgeon or neurosurgeon has. I was wrongly treated by a female physiotherapist and obviously due to her lack of knowledge in treatment. I am suffering since last 1.5 years. Genuine physiotherapist like you are a gem. But there are lack of genuine knowledgeable physiotherapist in India.

Sir meri 2011 me wrongly weight uthane se lumbar ki discs slip ho gayi thi. Lekin back pain kabhi nahi hua. Only burning in left foot. Exercise se kam chal raha tha. Lekin last year se pairo ke talwe mote, red, pain on bottom of feet, includjng heel, bottom of all toes me inflammation, burnkng, stiffness & numbness hai. No pain in back, buttock, thigh, calf or top of feet. Symptoms are only in bottom of feet. Last year severe central canal stenosis, NCS & EMG Reports, S1 Radiculopathy. Symptoms are when I am sitting, standing or walking. When laying fiwn on bed, symptoms are less but stiffness & numbness in under big toe, sole & heel. I request, Can you make a video on this. Is it sciatica, or stenosis. I am doing sciatica exercises also. I am doing exercises for lumbar & S1 Radiculopathy but no improvement.

I guess it's safe to assume that I have machanical back pain since it was triggered by doing air squats. There is history, as in the past the pain went away after 24 hours of rest. Now, after a workout session my lower back has been hurting for almost 3 days. It went away on day 4, but came back when I worked out on day 5. Mobility workouts help to some extent.
