These failures don't appear to be a result of a mechanical seal failure, rather a failure due to mis-installation, improper maintenance, etc - all human factors, not mechanical failures. It would be good to provide a video on longevity on properly installed seals - correctly. Take the human factors out of it.

When mechanical seal failure, water leak out from the shaft gap, does it also can cause Air enter into the pump and disturb the water pumping process?
