I was so confused about the mechanism of breathing and when I came onto YT to watch videos, this was the first video recommended but I dismissed it to find like an actual video showing the lungs moving and a visualization. 3 visualizations later, I was more confused and angrier, I eventually came back to this, it was worth every second. The way you explained patiently even diverting sometimes just to make it clearer, I love this so much. Thank you 🧡

Very well done video. I'm curious as to why you didn't mention the Serratu Major as an essential muscle for the inhalation process since it is creating more space in the thorax compared to the intercostal muscles. Granted this would have required more explanation about the shoulder blades and their positioning for this process but would have given a bigger picture of the inhaling mechanism.
