I enjoyed it. You got my like. There's minor bits of praise and critiques I'll share with you on skype. Just one thing that irked me is the same thing I've told Celestial time and time again. A hero isn't much of a hero if there's a lot of them on the field. It fits well here, as it's literally an in-world commercial saying "We're selling it." So it's good. However if a different direction was taken (say, a video showcasing heroism), then I think there'd be quite a bit more pride if a Wang was leading two Centurions into battle (or a Centurion and a Trebuchet, for another nod to lore).
That may be true, but in the Yen-Lo-Wang situation isn't that mech used in quantity lore wise? CN9-YLW2 is one example (but guess that's not the normal CN9-YLW). I was pretty sure after people seeing it someone started making them... could be wrong.
But it was made for a specific pilot, and if it was used as a base for a standard variant it would have been written somewhere, and i do not recall anything like that :)
Great Video! BTW, next time you name a price, do it like the professionals in the car industry. something like "talk to your local dealer for pricing and availability."
I liked the video, felt it got the Advertisement feel across but 3 mechs against doesn't really give a good representation of strength unless it's the one you're showcasing in the bad odds. If the fight isn't going to be fair at least let them make full use of their twisting and maneuverability to show of more of the mech. Ignoring all of that nitpicking I really liked the mention of the parts used during manufacturing, digital effects, and the announcers voice. I really liked his tone. I want to hear more of him.

I thought it sucked. I bought it once, hated it and sold it. Later on they had a sale, so I figured I might have been too critical of it the first time and decided to give it another shot. Still sucked. The FIRST thing anybody does when they see it coming is shoot off the cannon, after that you're just dead meat.
Yeah, you have to be careful in the early match with it, and make very liberal use of the shield arm. However, if you play as a harasser and striker for the start, at mid-match it becomes a destroyer of worlds. One shot to exposed internals is usually enough to remove a limb.
God of death is Sǐwáng zhī shén in Chinese. Yen-Lo-Wang? May be in Battletech Chinese, but not in Earth Chinese. There are no Google search entries aside of Battletech ones.
