Babak Rad , I don’t believe you understand gravity of loosing Nuclear deterrence. We are surrounded by enemies who are spending much larger amount of money in military hardware and have access to all kind of advanced weapons. They are all backed by US military. We can’t compete in conventional weapons, but having nuclear weapons in conjunction of missile force would afford us to withstand any threat Rohani/Zarif treason is at the level that never happened in our history.

I think Turkey, UAE, Qatar are safer than Iran and that can be seen from the number of people who spend their family holidays in those countries in comparison with that number in Iran.

صحبتهای ظریف : ما با دولت امریکا در باره برجام مذاکره کردیم نتیجه اش این شد حال چه تضمینی است که دوباره مذاکره کنیم ؟. سیاوش زر : مشاور حزبی ریاست جمهوری امریکا . پاسخ اینجانب به سخنان آقای ظریف جناب ظریف این مهم بارها و بارها چه از طرف ریاست جمهوری و چه از سوی مقامات دولت و کانون های سیاست گذاری امریکا عنوان شده است که توافق برجام قبلی از طرف دولت وقت ایالات متحده پرزیدنت اوباما بدون تصویب مجلسین نمایندگان و سنا با فرمان شخصی وی انجام گرفته که از نظر قوانین اساسی نقض قوانین محسوب میشود و ابن فرمانها ی ریاست جمهوری امریکا برای همیشه ضمانت اجرایی نداشته حتی اگر این توافق با تائید و رای شورای امنیت در سازمان ملل صورت گرفته باشد و بهمین لحاظ دونالد ترامپ توانسته است با همان فرمانی که پرزیدنت اوباما توانست آنرا در مقطعی از زمان اجرایی کند با همان فرمان و اختیارات خاص دونالد ترامپ توانست آنرا ملغا کند و اما اینکه چه تضمینی وجود دارد که در توافق ثانویه مجددا بدست رئیس جمهورآینده امریکا ملغا نشود . پاسخ چون توافق جدیدبه پیشنهاد ریاست جمهوری قطعا از تصویب مجلسین سنا و نمایندگان گذشته و بصورت قانون درخواهد آمد بطوریکه هیچ مقامی در حال و آینده نتواند آنرا ملغا کند میتواند قراردادی قانونی باشد نتیجه : با گذراندن مصوبه قانونی از مجلسین ایالات متحده مهم تواوفق جدید برجام بصورت قانون درآمده اجرای آن برای هر دو کشور ایران و امریکا الزامی خواهد بود تا انجا که نبازی هم به تایید وتصویب شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد نباشد .
ما که با امریکا قرارداد نبستیم. ما با بخشی از جامعهای بینالملل با ضمانت شورای امنیت قرارداد بستیم. یعنی قراردادی فراتر از بستن قرارداد با یک کشور. امریکا تعهد بینالمللی خود را زیر پا گذاشته است و دیگران را هم به آن ترغیب میکند.. برای ما قوانین داخلی امریکا مهم نیستند. در صحنهی بینالمللی قرارداد بین دو کشور با ضمانت شورای امنیت از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است تا قراردادی با تکیه بر قوانین داخلی یک یا هر دو کشور.
siyavash Eslamizar عجب!!! بازى با كلمات، سوءاستفاده از عدم آشنايى با قوانين آمريكا براى توجيه رفتار غيرقانونى ترامپ، مغلطه و .... چقدر وقيحانه اين كارهارو تنها تو يك پيام انجام دادين. طبق قوانين آمريكا، معاهده ها ى بين المللى كه ازش به عنوان تيريتى نام برده ميشه، نيازى به تصويب مجلس نمايندگان و سنا نداره و وقتى شوراى امنيت سازمان ملل اون رو تصويب كرده از نظر بين المللى لازم الاجراست مگر اينكه شما براى كشورهاى ديگه و جامعه بين المللى ارزش قائل نباشيد و بخوايد با قلدرى خواسته هاتون رو به ديگران ديكته كنيد، دقيقا كارى كه آمريكا داره الان ميكنه و براى توجيهش بهانه ى بچه گانه مثل عدم تصويب توسط مجلس نمايندگان و سنا رو مياره در حالى كه ميدونه "تيريتى ها" نيازى به تصويب ندارن.چرا مغلطه ميكنيد؟ توى اصول بين الملل پاييند نبودن به تعهدات و قول هاى بين المللى اى كه تازه تو اين مورد"برجام" تصويب شوراى امنيت سازمان ملل رو هم داره، يك ننگ بزرگ براى كشور خاطى محسوب ميشه. و اين ننگ با هيچ ماله اى پاك نميكشه. زحمت بيخود نكشيد
Kamran Samadi مناسفانه شما رل دایه بهتر از مادر را بازی میکنید من خود سالها عضو علل بدل بکی از نهاد های حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد بوده ام اصولااجرای مصوبات سازمان برای هیچ کشور ی الزامی نیست همانگونه که ۴۰ سال است جمهوری اسلامی در مورد حقوق بشر محکوم شده اما اجرا نمیکند مصوبات این سازمان جنبه سمبلیک دارد باتو جه باینکه هر کشوری از جمله ایالات متحده قوانین داخلی خود را دارد وملزم باجرای قوانینی که خارج تز محدوده قوانین این کشور تصویب شود قابل اجرا نیست مانند شکایتی که جمهوری اسلامی بدادگاه لاهه برد امریکا هم محکوم شد اما ضامن اجرایی ندارد لطفا بیشتر در مورد این سازمان فاقد قدرت مطالعه کنید

@@drsiyavashzar7681 سال ها عضو یک نهاد حقوق بشری بودهاید (البته دروغ که شاخ و دم ندارد و به شما هم مالیاتی برای گفتنش تعلق پیدا نمیکند) و هنوز تفاوت بین مصوبات سازمان ملل با مصوبات شورای امنیت سازمان ملل را نمیدانید؟ اگر نمیدانید اظهار نظر نکنید. مگر لاهه اعلام نکرده که نباید تحریمها به غذا و دارو معطوف شود و حکومت امریکا به دلیل همین یک حکم دائم میگوید که غذا و دارو تحریم نیستند؟ نظرم توهم دانایی در شما ایجاد شده. جدای از این مگر ما تابع قوانین داخلی امریکا هستیم که منتظر مصوبه یا تصویب قانون از سوی دولت امریکا بمانیم؟ کمی خودباوری و ذلیل نبودن در مقابل اجنبی هم خوب چیزی است که امیدوارم خدا نصیبتان کند.
