Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe distinguished himself by acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty while engaging with the enemy in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom on October 17, 2005.
For his bravery in the face of danger, Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe was awarded the Medal of Honor.
