Medellin's Hidden Coffee Gems: Discovering the Best Colombian Beans 

Having just retired after43 years with Michelin, a global company with plants all over the world, I have made great friends all over and the one thing in common is we all want to work, provide for our families and have happiness. That is a global trait and coffee from all over is amazing to try and enjoy. I was introduced to Angelino's and that is all I buy and have been hooked every since. The America's have great people and my heart is always there.

The energy of the people throughout the city is compelling. I love that the human spirit prevails!

Ironic that I was sipping on my Angelino’s coffee as I watched this. Incredible video showing such an intense desire to achieve their dream. The reaction to the proposal for help was such a defining moment that showed the passion of the brothers, so moving!!!

I actually cried at the end, lol! - good tears though..... "All or Nothing" - that really stood out. So young, the dedication is admirable !

Coffee isn't just a beverage or an experience. Coffee is life...literally. Thank you for going into these regions and helping these people grow their coffee businesses so others can earn a decent living. We all deserve that. And coffee.

That is more work for coffee than I knew. But it all pays off when you walk through that beautiful home and look out onto that view off the mountain. That country is beautiful, but I really got a smile on my face when I saw, JUAN VALDEZ! I'm 63 and grew up with Juan all over the 3 channels we had on our TV. We grew up drinking coffee. I toast to Juan Valdez.

Even with a true love of coffee, it’s amazing how much we take for granted. The small coffee growers do an amazingly hard job just so we can enjoy our cup in the morning.

My favorite part of the video was when the one brother got the translation in Spanish that he was getting an offer to move his coffee business to the next level. His face showed how grateful he was! This video has confirmed something that I already knew. Angelinos is by far the best tasting KCup coffee I have tried. As a dedicated coffee lover who now must consume decaffeinated coffee only, I find Angelinos decaf to be the closest taste to a quality cup of non decaffeinated coffee. My wife and I are very dedicated Angelinos customers and this video fully supports our decision.

I love the simplicity of Christian and Jonathan's company but how amazing their product is. They put their heart into their small business and doing everything by hand. My favorite part was when they found out that they would be able to cooperate with other growers and farmers to get more of the cherries and other plants that they couldn't get very easily on their own.

It's amazing seeing how well the Colombian people have recovered from what they went through just a few years go. I thought it was inspiring how they've turned the country around and are now fending for themselves and in the process, developing new techniques in making coffee.

IT IS Amazing that, for 300 hours, or 12 days, Jonathon and Christian allow the coffee beans to absorb the flavors of the fruit in the fermentation process. I did not know how that process was done. Just knowing this fact, makes me want to enjoy and relish the deeply robust flavors of every cup of coffee that is sold by Angelinos ! Also, it is really great that Angelinos helped out by purchasing an automatic piece of equipment so they will not any longer need to do their own hand processing in the pulping process. Thank you for bringing us so much wonderful information. j
