Which month did you went? Just 2 days before I travelled Medeu with Shymbulak and luckyly faced with beautiful snowfall as oneday before it was raining arround Almaty. I liked to see ice skating rink but it was closed. So what time it open? Thanks

İt should but you can't ski during those months of the year as it doesn't snow. But the view is amazing and going up to the 3.2 km above the sea level on the cable car, there will be still snow on the top of the mountains. You can also go hiking by yourself but it is not recommended to go too high if you are not experienced. İt is beautiful there during the summer time

The skating rink looks amazing but quite crowded , but now added to my list. I thought you would give skiing a try because i wanted to see the slopes and tracks . But i guess you guys have me a pretty good idea of what is what. Ive always enjoyed winter in October, November, march and april , so I might head over next month. This resort is comparable to the ones in the Caucasus .

Can you please tell me which conversation is better usd or inr for cash and is card payments easy and available in most places?? THank you for such a great video

You can convert INR to Tenge at the Almaty airport itself...at most places Tenge only is accepted as cash and credit cards some bigger stores etc.. They have a different local app like our GPay there and so they don't use card much
