It’s a good video but would have been lot nicer had you explained “Air Flow” arrow, what it means and how to make sure we are putting it in the right way.
Great video. how much typically this filer cost? Can you please point to website where I can see dirty vs clean 5 inch wide filer as it is hard to see the plates.
The arrow points in the direction of the airflow. Normally this will be in the direction of the furnace since the air filter sits between the return air and the furnace. It will filter the air before it reaches the furnace.
I have a air filter for my ac unit in the air intake in my hallway. I also had a media filter in my unit in the attic and I was told I didn't need two filters, so I took out the media filter from the unit in my attic and I'm using the one in the hallway for the ac. Is this ok ?
Replace your media filter. It is more effective than the 1inch filters. The filter helps clean the air in the house but more importantly it keeps the internal components clean. This helps maintain efficiency. Cheaper to run and reduced stress on the overall system.
Really? That was your focus and take away from this video? Thats what you decided to put energy into and make a comment on? 😔 Okay? I almost feel like its a waste for me to even acknowledge your comment. SMH.
He never gave a clear answer if the filters could be washed. "Great question Melanie," but I'm going to be incredible vague and confuse you anyways. Very lame!
