Medial Epicondyle Sonoanatomy: Anterior to Posterior 

Common flexor tendon (CFT) - anterior third (FCR) central third FDS, posterior third (FCU)
Palmaris Longus is present in this case seen overlying the FDS.
FCU has three insertions, FDS has a humeral and ulnar origin. This can overlap with the anterior band of the UCL. Sonographers must be accurate with assessment of tear location in the CFT and include pronator teres, brachialis and UCL in the assessment of CFT in medial elbow pain.
