Mediating arguments 

Apply three simple rules to mediating arguments
1- Be respectful
A- Lay your expectations on being able to listen without prejudice understanding and not blowing up.
2- Be fair
A- Listen without prejudice or dismissive attitude, you will lose all that respect for your authority and it takes hard work to earn that respect of your authority back.
3- Be truthful
A- Both parties need to be honest on presenting their views and that you hold them on account for mediating arguments.
Rule to military
1- If retired, served contract or active service then you must apply these rules to you on mediating arguments.
2- If you are interested in joining then it is crucial to apply these rules to mediation on argument without reacting to starting over.
