Love how unrealistic the hearing damage is in almost every one of these. You are NOT going to be hearing quiet whimpering after shooting most firearms indoors, especially in an enclosed environment.

In reality, medics would have never been cleared to enter a building with an active shooter still in the building.

This is so unrealistic, when you tend to a patient with a gun bullet wound, the number one rule is NOT to move the patient, if the bullet is still in the person it could shift and cause MAJOR damage so even before applying pressure you need to gently turn the patient to so if there is a even amount of bullet holes.

They was the biggest stupidity I seen. You should never make another phone call in a shooter situation people this goes for both person in the situation and outside of the situation worrying

In reality, this medic wouldn't be allowed to go in the building even after they cleared it. Medics/officers who have a family member/spouse as a victim in a case are usually removed from the case and replaced with someone else. Once he told the chief or whoever in the beginning that his wife was in there, he should've been taken off the scene ASAP. It can not only cloud someone's judgement and impair their ability to work without bias, but it can also be extremely traumatic. The emotions run high and he could expirenence uncontrollable mood swings if something went wrong, causing him to lash out, distract others, and compromise the scene. None of that would be his fault of course, it's an extremely intense, emotional situation. But that's why in most cases, when it can be helped, first responders, officers, even doctors, Don't work cases involving immediate family. Edit: yes I know this is a TV drama, I'm not critiquing it. I'm just comparing it to real life :)
