idk but I am aware trusts and estates attorneys still use them. Not sure which way that cuts. Sometimes people do things that don't work, sometimes people don't do things that absolutely work.
We have been taking care of our parents at home for centuries without scamming the Tax Payers. And only needed nursing home care for extreme circumstances. So our family doesn’t think this works and will hire Fiduciary Security Allied Legal Professionals who use the forgery proof permission validation ledger inheritance administrations. So no one can use a DIY legal document to steal our property and put us on the street.

Who used to steal our homes with the Estate Plan Non-Interdicted documents and put us on the street with Archaic EP DIY documents.
@@PeterJames143thanks for replying they still use the Estate Plan instead of an inheritance administration even though DIY documents are stealing Estate Plans and homes and putting vulnerable seniors and special needs children on the street. So we’re still wondering if it’s ever been successful. We’re noticing most families are able to pay a sibling to keep both home fronts going when they put their lives on hold to care for mom and pops in either of their homes. With a rare need for a short stay at a nursing home.
