These are my genuine thoughts and I believe everyone is talented in someway to inspire others. We can all start something and generate passive, self sustaining income source and in time scale it up. As a doctor I shall set up my own hospital having a name sounding professional in which other doctors can come and start their own practice . Not only that , it would be a great if I set up more branches of the hospital in different areas of my state and may be outside it if conditions are favorable. Before being a doctor I am a human being who cares for the nature - vegetations and wildlife. So I shall make a campaign on the name of my hospital hiring public to promote swachhta and hariali in and out of the society as far as possible. If possible then I shall open health centres at slums area and recruit doctors and compounders to work there. So BASICALLY I WANT TO EXPAND HEALTH SYSTEM .........
I also have a similar idea in near future, currently I am 20 years old from Kolkata. Everything is fine, but the main problem is that we come from a family background where there is no idea how to build a business. I know people will have a negative sense of response when we call a hospital to be our business. Through hospital I genuinely what to help in treating the patients who are financially little weaker. Also we need to practically think that we are not doing to do a NGO work and to start and to properly run a hospital we need a substantial amount of initial investment in the form of initial funding.
I am an internist and painting is my hobby. I am quite good at this. Tired of treating patients and want a change of work but scared at the age of 50 for adventures. But I have to find out a way cos hospitals are giving me depression. Thank you for insightful video.

Enterpreneurship should focus on new and innovative ways to solve classic problems. We as doctors( or in my case, a budding doctor) have knowledge and skills but we need to use it in more creative and flexible ways.
The examples that you gave...like Sachin, sharukh, Salman etc..first they achieved a position by their hard work, earned money based on talent and then invested in business

Do something unique and different most of these business are making losses .. making money for long run is important if u can make it u will survive if u cant u will fail .. just example jio launched all smashed only airtel and jio left they both will survive but jio is waiting for vi customers to join them until they wont increase any price once they get the customers all low packs are done they will hike it both airtel and jio .why bcoz without internet we cant do anything in this modern era so we will pay them what they ask bcoz we need it thats called business .. and example in restaurant why will people coke again and again to u are u making anything unique in taste ?? If no then they will have choice to go anywhere else also if they are getting it dominos make the best pizza though most eat pizza daily but the momenr we think about eating pizza we just go to dominos bcoz none of the others can make like that .. if we want to drink soft drinks we drink either pepsi aur coca cola so none can make likr that thats called competitive advantage before starting a business u need to have a moat think about long term understand the power of compounding amazon didnt make profit until 2003 but it started from 1995 bcoz in 2003 internet was common in usa so he had the infrastructure we had this infrastructure after jio launched since then u can see how people started using flipkart and amazon , zomato so bezos knew it he just needed the right time rather than thinking about bcoz he had this competitive advantage of fast mover and network effect now rest is history

@@DrTahaKhan sir is it still a good idea to start nursing home..here violence against doctor is too much..most of the patient can not pay fees..they do not have insurance..some people started protesting on live fb video when a pediatrician was charging 500 rupees per month..So will it be a good idea to start nursing home in this area?? I do not have any competition in this area.
