Hi Bishwajit, if you intended to stay canada for a period of time longer than six months and are applying to become a temporary resident, you must have a medical exam . Sometimes visitor arrive here with the intention of extending their visas to stay for longer than six months. Therefore, I advise getting a medical exam , which will boost your chances of getting visa because the immigration inspectors will know that you are healthy.
Hi moinuddin, the upfront medical exam is not required. On request, you can also do medical procedures. But I would advise to go for upfront medical. That means do your medical before submitting your file.
