Thank you for your review. Costco sells this system, I was researching it in their website but it has a lot of recent discouraging reviews specially with customer service. Is unfortunate since I always have the best experience at Costco whit their products and customer service. I am confuse and probably go with Bay Alarm and not with Medical Guardian. These days customer service is out of trend.
On the go doesn't have fsll detection only active guardian has fall detection pluse now black no little light on bottom replace light around button fall detection dosnt work with out that feat to work on the go has 30 day battery charging
Active guardian battery only last 3 day's before needs changed not 5or7 day and fall detection only works 50to10% of the time so if fall knock yourself out your dead exspeshaly if bleeding from head injury 🤕
$50.00 dollars for this $10.00 dollars for that, $3.00 for this or that You said that they are TRYING TO get on a 4G system because they are on a 3G system. Well we are now on a G5. I THINK this system need a upgraded 5G system
