This session focuses on the Health Insurance Marketplace and other provisions of the health care law, and what people with Medicare need to know. This training module was developed and approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that administers Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Federally-facilitated Health Insurance Marketplace.
