If someone chooses a Medicare Advantage plan they will be deeply sorry. I chose Humana and it was a nightmare. Couldn't wait to switch back to original Medicare. Looking to file a class action lawsuit against humanity.

With an Advantage Plan you're turning your medical decisions over to insurance company representatives rather than a medical doctor who presumably has your best interests at heart. You also will be limited as to the PPO or HMO choices in your area. Perhaps it is the right fit for some, but choose wisely.

By the time you reach Medicare age you should realize nothing is free. You have earned your real medicare don't turn your heath care over to an insurance company. Learn the differences between original medicare and advantage.

Hey I’m in Austin too! I have health insurance but it doesn’t cover the orthodontist. Do you an affordable health care provider that offers orthodontist coverage ?

Don't get fooled by dental and vision plans. All they give you is cleaning an x-ray once a year. If you need filling, or root canal work they charge you a lot. The same with vision once a year free exam and free glasses from 99cents store.

I have planned F I was reading something in the information that they that the insurance company supplement sends me. It was saying that exams for for dental might be covered on for medicare. So I wanted to call them and check that out. I have a dental insurance on thr side not with plan F, it's a light dental insurance and a limited amount but it covers basically everything but it's limited to the amount it will pay $1000 for dental.

Can I tell you something? I have many health issues, and use a ventilator most of the time!!!! I have tried many lung clearance techniques like the vest, and the cough assist!!! There's one that would actually work!!! It's called IPV, or Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation!!!! Medicare does not cover that for patients!!! It simply doesn't cover it!!!! And this is a problem with many patients! It's not covered! Now this is pathetic! Other insurances will cover IPV, but not Medicare!

Are you in Texas? I’m in temple. Have had cancer TNBC is plan G the best option for me.? Is there more than one part D for cancer drugs?

My 27 yo disabled daughter gets SSI and I will soon be taking my social security and she will qualify then for Disabled Adult Child benefit. This will allow her to have Medicare. She already gets Medicaid. Will she get to keep Medicaid as well as start Medicare? Will we be shooting ourselves in the foot by doing this as her health insurance will go thru the roof being on Medicare needing an expensive supplemental plan and so young? We are at a loss???

Yes, it is. There are certain dental plans that work better than others when it comes to coordination of benefits.

I called that number to find out about the free dental care and I got scammed. Decide me up with a dental plan that for $400 a year that doesn't cover what I could have got on my own for half that amount.

If you are not wealthy people better plan ahead early and make it their goal to qualify and get Medicaid. Then you don't ever have to pay for anything health related ever again!. You don't pay health insurance, vision, dental etc. Everything is covered. And if You qualify for Disability you don't even have to worry about the Part B deduction from Social security. If only I had known.
