If your dog has a skin condition, your vet might recommend using a medicated shampoo. Mine did for my dog and the shampoo lather has to stay on the dog for 10 MINUTES! That doesn't result in a happy dog. Here is a video showing how I get the dog to take the bath and cooperate!
