Very useful video. Quick question. I came to uk in 2016 hence during my gcse period I had to learn English and study my gcse also my st target grade was a 3 because I wasn't here to sit it but I still managed to get 5A* 3A and 2 B my worry and question is will my 2Bs disadvantage me (especially because they are both in english)? Even if my boat interview work experience and a levels are great? Another quick question is I've done work experience in pharmacy 2 weeks and 1 week in clinic. I'm still looking for long term care home. Do u think that in order to be competitve and cancel out those 2 bs I should look for more? If so where and how many more? Or do u have an approximate amount of hours most successful candidate had ? Let me know thanks

Based on your paragraph above, it looks like they already took your personal situation into account when they gave you the B grades.

@@pigeonlove this is a weird and uneducated response because most GCSEs aren’t based highly on the quality of English. Except English and essays. Also you don’t get advantage marking for having English as a second langage, so the person’s response is extremely impressive.

Hello everyone 😃👍 Are you students are having a Polish tutor as Marciniak is a Polish surname? I will appreciate to tell me a bit more about it. Thank you 🌞😎👍
@StCatharinesCollegeCambridge
Professor Marciniak is British and doesn't speak Polish. But we have had Polish students here even recently! If you have any questions about studying medicine here, we'd be happy to help.

Hello, is there any kind of full scholarship support for non-EU students?

Hi Dina. Thank you for your question. Depending on your circumstances, there is a range of financial support for students once they have secured a place. Support can be accessed from the College, the University and/or the Cambridge Trust: www.cambridgetrust.org/scholarships/?country=&degree=Undergraduate&subject=all&college=all&submit=Search. If you have any questions about your eligibility, it might be worth contacting undergraduate.admissions@caths.cam.ac.uk.
