About the chant:
In daily communication with Jesus, Joseph served as his instructor in human life. He was full of gracious devotion and willing to sacrifice himself for Jesus. Isn't it sufficient justification for us to see this holy patriarch, a righteous man in whom the Old Covenant's faith is fully realized, as a master of the interior life? Interior life is nothing more than an ongoing, direct dialogue with Christ that aims to make us one with him. And Joseph has a lot to say about Jesus.
