Screw night clubs, I want a smoky tavern with mead and wenchmaids and meat roasting on spits and cloaked figures whispering in the corner and merrymaking around the hall
There is a tavern in Quebec that's really that. It's called "L'auberge du dragon rouge" and you have bards singing while you are served by maids in costum :D
there WAS a place like this in Murfreesboro tennessee called Green Dragon Public House ( was also a brewery) i loved that place. Was incredibly sad when they shut down. can't even count how many times the owner of the place came out dressed as something from middle earth, or the whole bar started singing along to some songs together like out of a commercial.
I love medieval music fantastic melodies. Great instrumentation. Heard my first medevial song when I was 9 or 10 years old green sleeves, and I learned how to play It on the piano. However at the time I did not know that that was A mediaeval melody. There's a couple of good Renaissance. Medieval folk-rock bands that I follow one is called Blackmore's Night. Ritchie Blackmore formally of Deep Purple and Rainbow put that band together in 1997 with his wife Candice Night Who is the lead singer and plays the shawms, Penny whistle, cornamouse, wooden flute and she is the lead vocalist and lyricist. The other band is a band called the Midnight from Italy. The first CD called Midnight. The second one is the Legend Has Begun. Both bands have great melodies lyrics and instrumentation worth checking out.
Quite a shock when I heard it, it's been so many years I even forgot this game existed and couldn't remember the name. Somehow I recognized the music, good memories :)
I doubt it, but what do i know. Still i wish there would be. Every Weekend put on the linen, meet some people of the same kind and listen to this beautiful music from bards n mistrels while having a good talk. Instead i sit at home...well, dreams. :D
you may have searched for it already, but some western-northern or austrian countries have 2 or 3 of those, classic medieval aesthetic and service taverns. I remember seeing it somewhere
Expressing sincere appreciation for the beautiful melodies that transport us to a place of tranquility. Your music is a true gift. May the channel and its listeners be blessed with health and accomplishment! 🌿🌟
Hello! I really enjoy the music, but I think I should let you know about something... This song (29:15 Till Our Heads Turn White) is in my mother language so I can understand the lyrics and it's very vulgar, about sex and drinking. I was surprised by it and also had a good laugh 😅.
How do you switch Stick Functions? Do they just somehow vary for different characters?? There's no Settings from the base menu, so I don't see how to customize ps5 button layout...
My new character, Ashe, is a Vedalken Artificer. She has a twin sister called Arwest who is a Vedalken Bard. They were outside the city playing when a strange object from space hit the city and destroyed it. She lost a leg in the process of the impact and now has a prosthetic limb. Her and her sister were saved by a washed up inventor from the next town over and were raised by him. Ashe took to him and ended up becoming an Arty inventor herself. Very booksmart and a complete brainiac and mostly helpful outside battle, but can hold her own as well. Her sister ended up becoming a bard because the inventor that raised them frequented the taverns and she was taken in by the stories herself. Her sister is very outgoing whereas Ashe is an extreme introvert and very indoorsy. To survive and keep inventing, they would have to get their components and ingredients from the black market which was a cornered market by goblins. As such, she learned how to deal with them and speak their language. They had a very good relationship with their parents which sat on the council of the destroyed city as ambassadors, so their mission is to try to find them or at least proof of what happened to them and the city even though it is basically Chernobyl to the point that they can only investigate it once in a blue moon for a very limited time with very good protection. Pretty cool stuff. In our last session, someone used Ashe's likeness to infiltrate a banquet and killed someone, and so Ashe is now wanted for a murder she didn't commit. Our DM also made a class especially for her since I wanted to try a blue mage from Final Fantasy. So anytime I see an enemy use something cool and want to try to learn it, I can so many times per long rest. Good times. It still takes Arty slots to use them, which sucks since they have so few, but I can also use them once for free per rest. And so far, they are better than what my Arty can get:P I have a cool DM and he comes up with all of it Himself🥰
I love it, but I have a question. Where is the 1st part? Because of ur tidel "Medieval Tavern Music I Towns & Taverns Part 2 I Enchanted Music Collection [Vol. 11]"
