Digital preorder themes varies when it comes to regions. Some will receive day one like I have as I live in the US while others will receive the theme on release day of the game. So always remember, regions vary when it comes to digital preorders.
If you can’t find the theme, you can always go to library and find the game under the purchase section. It should be there and if it’s locked, possibly it will be unlocked on release day of game.
“Will I get this theme if I go physically?” Most likely not unless stated under whatever retailer you’re getting the game from or as a preorder bonus so look into that yourself. 90 percent of the time, no. Will they sell the theme separately? Maybe, maybe not. Don’t know, 90 percent once again, no.
And lastly, CONTACT PSN!!!!! That is the last resort. Just google their live chat and you’re good to go. GOOGLE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND!!!!
