I got a sign to meditate 3 times in this week. My friend called me and asked me to meditate Today read an article about how meditation can dissolve every negativity from your life And today you made a video on meditation. The problem with people is they r stuck in this 3D world, its really hard to believe that there exist other dimensions too, so much hatred, jealousy, competition, insecurity n becoming a center for attraction cuts off the connection with our real self, bar bar aisi videos dekhni padti wo connection yad dilane ke liye, thnks for this video
Although i did not meditate, but strongly wanted to earn 40 crores… came through your video of contrast…then checked other videos, and was amused by reading the title of your book and immediately bought it… getting more clarity of how to achieve the path… i know ways how to earn it.. and can dream that money,..just a time is there is between to earn that money.:..yesterday was finding how to meditate and today got this video!! Gayatri mantra is basically given by maharishi as he relived and experience Kali Yuga and then formed some chants in meditation. It's very beneficial in today's world. 🙏🕉️
Beautiful. I actually understood most of this. My experience has been that the Universe speaks to us all the time. It is becoming quiet enough to listen. Many of my answers come to me non-verbally. An inspiration. Something causing me to look over here, or to pay attention to the voice that is speaking. And I am learning to do this more and more. My heart always hears - what my ears may not understand. But I listen still. Because the answers always come. Thank you Anjana for sharing.💖💖💖

Before you close your eyes seating crossed legs or comfortably... 1st: Abdominal breathing (like small baby breath while sleeping, tummy comes out and gets in) 2nd: Alternative breathing through the Right nostril (sun) then by left nostril (moon) follow the count down while you air in and out (4-8-7) or as you feel comfortable. By now your mind will be already relaxed and in a calm state, where you can listen your inner voice, as Ma'am said. ❤☮️❤
